I have a story to tell, it's about a friend whom I am getting to know.
I go and see her when I am in need of a fix up; whether that fix up is attitudinal, emotional, spiritual, metaphysical or physical. We sit and talk for a while, take some coral and shell essences then I go lay down for a healing. When it's time to rise I am met with a feeling of balance, alignment, centeredness and calm.

We chat for a little longer and I am again amazed at the sense of closure and understanding that seeps into my being. A place of knowing what has been happening to; and within me.
