Healing Relaxation Massage - While massaging physically I work on a spiritual and energetic level as well to achieve maximum benefit. Using Pleiadian Lightwork techniques, I place you in various healing chambers to lift any stresses; heavy energy; other's energies; stagnant emotions or dis-comfort within the body and the aura.
- I also add a particular liquid crystal (if appropriate) to infuse the client with the properties of the crystal
(see info. on liquid crystals).

Energy Balance Massage - It is a clothes-on massage involving a series of light touch movements that flow into one another on the front and back of the body. This dynamic flow of energy throughout the body breaks through blockages, moves stagnant and negative energy that contributes to physical, mental and emotional disturbances and body imbalances, creating harmony.
- Chakras are balanced and a sense of letting go on all levels occurs to achieve deep relaxation, inner peace and calm, integration and improvement in mental, physical and emotional health and well-being.
I am a teacher of Energy Balance Massage, which is fully accredited by the AHHA and a certificate is issued to you. It is great to use on friends and family, or to incorporate into your other healing modalities.

Spiritual Healing - I call my guides, angels and other light beings to assist in the hands-on and aura clearing work. It is very common for clients to feel more than one pair of gentle, loving hands on them at one time. I see spots and blockages that I clear. Energies from others eg hooks and cords are removed, as well as old emotions that are stuck. This healing works on all levels to assist you in releasing the old that no longer serves you, and helps you to discover and embrace your Source essence.
- I use a combination of techniques from my tool box for the above, including Pleiadian Lightwork Techniques. The Pleiades is another galaxy from which loving beings channel gentle yet powerful healing to assist us in raising our vibrations, rejuvenating our bodies and accelerating our spiritual growth by healing on all levels. They teach us to cancel inhibiting beliefs and to replace these with loving affirmations to support our growth; as well as many other techniques.

Crystal Light Healing may also be incorporated into the hands on healing with the placement of gemstones on the body and in the healing space to clear blockages, and promote harmony within the different body systems and organs. I offer this also as a distance healing, and make up a crystal essence to support this process.

Essences
I especially love to use the Shell and Coral Essences, as I have had some amazing results. I select them intuitively and can also do this as distance work.
- Shell Essences are a vibrational remedy that work through our meridians. They deal with day-to-day issues and karmic patterns that we have brought into this life, and assist us in moving through these blocks to achieve inner peace, happiness and harmony and our own true God essence.
- Coral Essences come alive at night time, so help us to heal and deal with our shadow sides and subconscious thought and issues that may be holding us back from true magnificence.
- As an Essence of Angels Practitioner; there are 12 Archangel Essences I have to assist you in unlocking your own gifts and wisdoms from the past and potential future, for achieving your highest soul potential in this lifetime. They assist in the activation and attunement of our DNA lightcodes. These may be used individually or combined with other essences.
